High Performance Lubricants Engine Cleaner

Oh, absolutely. I will.

And I apologize for the delay, 10 hour days means I can not catch the post office. I tried. I am in contact with 53' Stude and the most relevant oil filter to cut open with HPL use is the white one previously on (for about 5000 miles from my visit New Years Eve to HPL to a few days ago, Monday or Tuesday.) I'll get it to him A.S.A.P.

I have it in a bag in the car and I'm about 300 miles into my Fram Ultra since Monday. Yes.. I am always driving so I will share what and when I can. Not a problem.

Never apologize on Bitog , only Moderators should do that! Good or bad or whatever you say I am interested in hearing about your results. This spring I will be giving this HPL Engine Cleaner a try.

Oil filters will be hand-delivered 53' Stude right around the time the sun goes down.

I'm honestly looking forward to see what the inside of these things looks like.

I grabbed two quarts from @The Critic last night while I paid him a visit for a car audio install. My debate is which car to use this stuff on:
Car A: 2009 Prius, it saw MMO and Neutra flushes when oil consumption was becoming an issue. VPBR wasn’t the miracle oil it was cracked up to be. I did a piston soak with B12 Chemtool and BMW Top Engine/fuel system cleaner - freed up all but cylinder 3. Oil consumption is at .5qt/3000 miles. 183K on the clock, IIRC. Currently on Shell Rotella T6 MV 5W-30 with a 0W-20 top off.

Car B: 2019 Lexus RX450h. Uses no oil. Car will see Uber service and is racking up lots of miles. Currently at 17K. Next OCI at 20K. Current fill is Vavoline Advanced 0W-20, will be M1EP or CEEP at next OCI.

Nice Lexus. Actually.. both your cars. 👍

I feel like a jerk because I didn't have a bottle HPL EC or else I would have gave one to 53' Stude.

The Lexus I planned on using BG EPR at the 30K mark as preventative maintenance. The Prius is due for an oil change in 800 miles. I might have use these two as Guinea pigs.

I always get BG EPR and MOA confused, both are supposed to be very good, is the maintenance history good or bad?

EPR is their flush. MOA is their additive. Both cars were maintained by me. The Prius is my DD. The Lexus saw dealer service as a CPO(it was a former loaner). I did two OCIs on it. One with Chevron Havoline ProDS Lifelong 0W-20 at 10k, the most recent one at 15K.

53' Stude has begun to cut open the filters.

I don't think he got to the Supertech and Fram ones yet (1st and 2nd with thousands of miles of EC, probably about 5000 and 5000 each, I drive 1000+ miles every time I jump in the car on a weekend and 1000+ on the way back, so, if it's been on there a couple of weeks then....)

Remember, I visited HPL New Year's Eve and I will absolutely buy products from them again.

I'd rather spend the money on the gas than the shipping.

A decent percentage of my budget is for putting gas in the tank. So I make that work for me.

Can we get a map showing all of this?
