I have a Yamaha XSR700. It’s takes a HF205. I know nothing about this company. I think the OME filter is made in Taiwan labeled Denso. Just checking my options on what to get. OME is about $14-16.

In my industry, OME is oil mist eliminator. I suspect your use of an acronym I dont understand was supposed to be OEM maybe?
Hiflo is good quality. I think most of us have used them at some point, without issue. I run a cheapo Hengst car filter these days, except for my CRF250L with the little internal filter. Hiflo 12 pack for it was like $35 on ebay.

Just run the Yamaha filter.
HighFlo works fine, been using them for decades. With that said, I have only used cartridges, not spin-ons.
Cost looks to be about the same as the Yamaha OEM filter. I'd base it on which one I could get the easiest if you would have to wait for one or the other to get your oil change done.

HiFlo is fine, used them often. Emgo is cheap but works. PJ1 black label chain lube is messy with 'sperm whale oil' in it. BelRay or Maxima Chain Wax is the bees knees. Yuasa batteries last a long time, but so do WalMart Everstarts.
Belray or Maxima fork oil is good, Silkolene is great.
DID and Takasago chains are good. I never had luck with Tsubaki chains.
Yamalube 2R in two stroke premix bikes, 2S is for snowmobiles and boats, or anything with an oil tank.
NGK only, never had luck with Nippondenso plugs. TwinAir filters are good, don't use brake cleaner to wash them, the glue will separate.
Cheng Shin tires will work, but don't try to mount a desert 6 ply sidewall tire using a 5 gallon bucket and two tire irons. Dowidat makes the best tire irons.

It's interesting how people have different experiences with the same products. I've always had good results with both NGK and ND. In fact, many Japanese bike owner's manuals list the part numbers for both. I'm not discounting your experience; I just find it interesting.

Agree, though less expensive I was always very impressed with Emgo flitters on my metrics.
Just solid well-made filters that come sealed with plastic wrap over the filter holes
"No luck" to me meant the plugs fouled easily, didn't make the same power the NGK felt like it did, bike did not run the same as when it had an NGK in it.
The Tsubaki chains stretched incredibly fast compared to other chains, although not as fast as a JC Whitney chain did on me many years ago.
