Running an elderly Subaru with 13", needing to know which tires have the hardest compound. For front, highest speed I run is 75MPH, no heavy loads, etc., just need longest wear.

13” inch is mostly a Chineseium size and those tires tend to have softer compounds. I’d see if Hankook, Kumho or the better of the Chinesium brands(Sailun, WestLake, Milestar) has something. Though, you might able to get away with a LingLong/Leao or an Otani(Thai brand, they’re known more for truck tires in Asia).
Those don’t look terrible. I’d look at Multi-Mile too.
