I'm leaving this college I plan on attending and I see a Autozone, me being a BITOG addict decided to check and see if there were any M1 deals. None, but this particular AZ had the best selection of oil I've ever seen. For instance first time seeing PUP in person (8.99) they had all sorts of PP products a couple 5w-30 European spec'd ones, M1 esp, PP HM. I will be sure to come back to this store every time probably to pick up some PUP during the rebate special. I will post some pics once I figure out how.

Btw what's the best way to post pics on here?

Yea I had a pleasant experience when I scored some oil at a buck a quart a few months back. Glad you had a good experience at the store. At least some of the stores have employees that are helpful and or knowledgable.

How does this qualify as a pleasant experience?

Just because they have some expensive Pennzoil on the shelf?

Im at auto zone picking up parts all the time and the auto zone near my shop never has good deals on oil i don't even look anymore. They don't even have ok deals there.

^^So true^^
I've been given deals at PEP BOYS and AdvanceAuto in No. N.J.

The only deal I've ever seen at AZ was the recent MaxLife trans fluid 1/2 price deal.
And I like DuraLast batteries. Kira

Mainly because they have VW 507 spec oil, that stuff is never on sale and at 9 bucks a qt for the pennzoil euro + military discount it's a bargain. At least I don't have to pay for s+h.

The only M1 0w30 was the esp and that was the same price as the 0w20 afe. Also idk what AV means but if I were to take a guess Audi/VW. Funny thing is it's recommended specifically for European diesels but doesn't meet the 507 spec for the latest TDIs.

I had some 25% off coupons, so I bought...

1 STP oil filter, SA3600, for my lawn tractor.
Up to 17 HP use a Fram 4967 / Purolator 14476, with the oversize 14477 available only as a Purolator.
17.5 and over use a 3614, if you can fit it, a 3600 is a third longer.

2 quarts Autozone full synthetic 5W-30, and 1 10W-30.
Lawn tractor and push mower oil.
Mixed together, with the 10W making it more shear stable.

1 SA10604 air filter.
Hard to find, was surprised they had one.

1 H5 Duralast Gold battery.

1 pair brake shoes,
2 brake rotors,
1 squeeze pack brake lube,
1 squeeze pack anti-seize.

4 quarts Pennzoil Platinum Euro 5W-40,
1 jug Castrol Edge, 5W-30, old and gold bottle.

1 serpentine belt...

Total was $199, tax made it around $220..
