I have always wanted a green car. Since most have been used, they were white and blue. when I bought my truck new in 2018, I was adamant for green, until I found that 3 trims up were required… somewhere around $24k additional to get the trims that offered the color. egads. I threatened to rattle can one of my high mileage Volvos to green, but I know that I’d probably hate the look where the rubber shrinks over time, revealing the original color beneath.
that said, I’m happy enough with the metallic gray the truck came with in the base model. When the grand caravan came out in ‘86 with “charcoal gray,” man that was a sweet color.
my mom had an 89 accord LX-I which came in a rare, and very classy teal. With the two-tone tan/taupe interior, it was a beautiful car. I’d not offer that for many teal cars, but it was probably the best “color” of any car in our family.
the gs350 I also drive is black. Black suits it. British green would too.
