On my 2021 wrx I have polyurethane front sway bar bushings. Every few months they squeak and creak and I go in re lube them up and they’re quiet for a bit only to get noisy again a few months later. Is there a good product I can use that will last longer to lube these bushings?

Yes, ditch them and put OE bushings.
Poly bushings on the sway bar won't work properly unless everything is poly bushings elsewhere, which will limit flex. Even then, it is questionable.
What is your goal with poly bushings? I have them in rear subframe on BMW to reduce understeer a bit on track bcs. AWD. But that is about it.

The JBR rear anti-roll bar on my Mazdaspeed 3 used polyurethane bushings. I used JBR mounts with zerk fittings and greased them at every oil change with Super Lube.

I have poly swaybar bushings on my Mustang and I've tried a number of products including the energy suspension grease and superlube grease. Nothing lasts more than a couple weeks (or less if there is a lot of rain). Ended up finding a tube a NLGI #3 silicone compound by JetLube and that has worked great. Perfectly. Last greased them like 5-10 years ago! Granted it doesn't get much ddrivetime anymore either.

I’ve successfully used (Dow Corning, molykote) DC111 thick silicone grease on poly suspension bushings. It is in the same family as DC4 o-ring lube. Holds up about as long as anything I’ve tried. Does not deteriorate the bushings
