Got to hand it to auto techs

I will not work hourly, I work flat rate. Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose. I can usually beat the time on most jobs with professionalism and quality work. You don't just pay for my time, you paying for my knowledge and tools as well. I have spent tens of thousands of dollars in tools, some of which are only for certain vehicles.
 
real good techs are hard to find, and some of the ones who ARE good may get labeled as 'too expensive'.
I have a guy, Jimmy, works at a local garage,Pat's Brakes/Lynn's Garage. real smart, real good at diagnosing issues. but the shop is SO popular around here, if you drop your car off unexpectedly, you might not get it back for a week.
