My kid’s 03 Camry had a tire w a nail in it, I decided to replace all four tires. The old tires were Lexani and they were due. I went to American tire depot as they had buy 3 get one free. I decided on the Yokohama avid touring but the sales guy offered me the kumho solus as it had 75k mile warranty vs 65k mile for the avids. It was only $15 more. Total was $394 out the door and includes road hazard. I’ve had solus tires on an old S10 and they were fine for daily driving.

I probably would have went with the yokohamas

Tread life warranty varies widely and is really just marketing

OTOH My Sister had a set of those TA11 on her car to replace her baldies.. I am sure they are adequate.

The Kumhos I've had on two Mercedes and a Cherokee had very good traction in the rain and Mid-Atlantic winters. Mostly slush, a little morning ice, and a couple of inches of snow for the cars. The Cherokee was unstoppable in snow up to the hubs on unplowed roads.

Good deal.

It’s nice having a tire size that is so cheap. I don’t even have to blink when the Camry needs tires.

The Grand Cherokee needs them soon. Those will be an ouch.

Old tires looked a bit worn on the outer edges. Underinflated or positive camber, or maybe the sipes just ended before the lug?

Thats what I like about my daughter's Elantra 195/65/15 tires I can buy the best for a fair price. My wife's enclave and my traverse different story when the time comes
