Traffic tie ups now can be shown in metropolitan areas. It is pretty interesting how they are collating huge amounts of info and presenting it in a coordinated fashion.

Meanwhile competitors are trying to force you to upgrade to IE7

Believe the info shown is what the CHP officer is communicating to dispatch. They use a nifty shorthand when writing that isn't all that hard to decipher.

Different choices at very top of screen, by area, by importance of incident, etc.
