My computer is an old one with XP on it. Slow but it serves me ok.

I also use AVG paid version for anti-virus.

Recently I installed Google Chrome.

Now every time I open Google it says:

Your profile could not be opened correctly. Some features may be unavailable. Please check that your profile exists and you have permission to read and write its contents.

And below that is a box to click on "ok".

And when I do get into Google, the windows toolbar does not show up. I used cut, copy, and paste a lot and can not copy stuff without it.

How do I fix the toolbar so as to have it be available when I have chrome up.

Thanks in advance.

Try this to fix your profile:

Chrome Help

For the cut/copy/paste you can find them under the button on the top right of the screen - "Customize and Control" then Edit.

There is no toolbar such as on IE.

PS: the shortcut keys do work. Ctrl-C to copy, Ctrl-V to paste, and such.
