Veyance was formed when the Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. spun off its engineered products division in 2007, selling it to The Carlyle Group. Veynce makes conveyor belts, hoses, power transmission belts and air springs. It sells in parts of the world where Continental is weak. Continental ContiTech's acquired Veyance Technologies.
Thanks.
I knew that GY sold off it's belt and hose division to Veyance Engineering back then, as you could not even find the hoses with their name on them, nor the Gatorback belts at a
Goodyear tire store with their name out front on the sign!!
Now, I will look for Conti when seeking to replace my current Gatorback.
I would use the Gates Racing (blue) belts and hoses, but they are not made for my app.
