Good 5W30 C4 oil for diesel engine.

I'm looking for a good quality fully sent. oil for An small 1.5 turbo diesel engine with DPF.

I want a good quality oil also that works with Liqui Moly Caratec additive.

Any ideas of the specialists here? I Read a lot of this like htsh, zink, magnesium (all vitamines for me) would really appriciaite Any help. Only 5W30 with C4 (for RN0720)

Just use whatever C4 oil you can get there's not many of them, as for compatibility with additives, all oils are "compatible" but once you add any additives there's never any guarantee that it still complies with the requirements of the manufacturer approval or ACEA.

I have a feeling he/she means ACEA C4, which isn’t common in the USA(?)

ACEA C4 yes. Even in Europe, not a ton of choice. Use whatever that meets the specs (Elf 5W30 probably the cheapest?) and skip the additive part.
Also change your fuel filter regularly

With a 1.5 Diesel requiring C4 according to RN0720 you probably live in Europe
and should mention that as well as tell us what exact car. You see people suggest
Chevron that isn't even available in Europe just because you didn't provide all the
required information.
Btw, why would you want to use LM Ceratec? That said, don't focus on technical
details, focus on approvals.

Any cheap Euro diesel oil will work just fine in your Logan.
