Is the Clobal truck coolant that Walmart sells prediluted any good. I am not reffering to Peak Global, but the Global Truck coolant that Walmart sells. It seems similar to Shell's truck coolant that was red in color, boasting a longevity of 600,000 plus miles inbetween intervals, what say you?

^ how's the pH relate to all the aluminum stuff in a car cooling system? That nalcool sheet specifies cast iron...

Thanks guys! I will begin its use in the summer. Shell made a similar product, that Walmart use to sell many years ago.

I dunno. The new trucks are using many Aluminum components and the Nalcool is in them and not causing any problems.

The antifreeze you are talking about is Final Charge global made by Peak. The specs look good and the jug says it is ok in "heavy duty" gasoline engines.

Last summer my local Walmart had it on clearance for around $5 a gallon.

Needless to say, I took advantage of that deal, although I have yet to use it (it's on the to do list for my truck.)

I think Nalcool 2000 is for non alum, and Nalcool 3000 is for protecting aluminum.?
