Does Pennzoil's status as forum sponsor grant them exclusivity for these types of Q&A threads, or are we allowed to reach out to different companies to coordinate similar threads with others?

The original thread said the answers would be posted on Pennzoil's site and linked to BITOG. I didn't see a link here, so Google search quickly turned it up. Well, it's linked now.
I was hoping to see an answer to one of the questions that was ignored. I also found an answer that was incorrect, or at least not completely correct. But Sean was writing about something that predated his tenure at Pennzoil.
