GC at Military Base Autoparts Store

Have you guys seen GC at you local base autoparts store? The only one so far I have came across is at MCAS Miramar.

The Miramar autoparts store must have read this thread!
I stopped by today to buy a tire pressure gague and saw that GC has been marked up to $7.00/qt. :-(
