Williams Bros are one of the best.
I was there Thursday till Sunday.
Buddy of mine has been racing a blown alcohol funny car in this series since it began. He blewup his engine on his last qualifying pass.
I always go to the TX Motorplex events.
Combined w Nitro Chaos its the best bang for the buck in drag racing.
They have a good start for sure. They just built a new car over the winter. First time on the track that I know of!
Always competitive.
The screw blower they run is a game changer

Nice! I have not heard how William's Bros are doing this week. They have not updated their Facebook page.
Qualifing starts next Friday May 3rd at Penwell Knights dragstrip Midland-Odessa, TX.

Growing up in Cleveland OH I really enjoyed the original funny cars the altered wheelbase ones in the early and mid 60s....Remember seeing **** Landy and Mr. Norms...Then in the late 60s with the newer type funny cars the Coke Cola Cavacade of funny cars..
sent everybody packing. Not gonna finish Sunday. Bummer. Willians Bros were #1 qualifier.
