No need to worry about her since usually walking vegetables like her marry rich farts, get a nice house, cars and the whole 9 yards.

Personally, I think she just froze up.
She was likely primed with some bland spiel about 'being American and helping the world' but got cold shivers when the word 'Map' was mentioned.

But really, what is it with Americans and Geography? It's becoming am old joke.
What do schools teach about the outside world?

There is this "The World According to Americans" map that answers your question (j/k), but it's not exactly BITOG friendly, so I won't post it. Google it.

When I was a kid I was once given an old book, it was an Atlas/Encyclopaedia. the theme was
'The Sun never sets on the British Empire'
That sounds pompous today, but I guess it was a fact,
back in the day.

The thing is, the impression of the book was, all those countries/people were depicted as 'happily' working away to provide for 'us' in Great Britain!
and mostly, that's all 'we needed to know.

Now, even in the 60's British schools were teaching a more Liberal view of the world, Good thing too, our 'EMPIRE' was in sharp decline.

I sometimes wonder if America teaches a same dated outlook on the world?
