Fram XG7317 C&P

The cost is cheaper.
for quality that may or may not be defective when you toss it on. for $1.15 more you get something built by premium guard that has shown nothing but quality for the past couple of years. better efficiency and better build quality. to each their own.

That price is not applicable for other models unfortunately.

Went to the website and looked for 4967 and the only available is the Premium for $10.

Every CQP I’ve used across several engines is around $9-10. The only one that cost more was the Baldwin made one for my FIL’s Briggs powered riding mower.
This is why Supertech is still in my book.

Also, I don't run extended OCI. No point in paying extra.

He was showing the Carquest standard filter, not the Carquest premium filter.

This filter was a made in USA?

Also I have stopped using Fram filters and made a switch over to Supertech filters and haven't looked back.
Are USA made filters have all those QC issues too? I was hoping that the problems would be contained within the imported ones
