Fram Ultra Flow Rates

I came across this video on youtube, . They conclude that fram ultra is very good at filtering, but may have more restrictive flow. Is it true, and so, how much of a concern?

The oil filter is not a bottleneck in an engine's oiling system. Whatever it flows, it's enough.
