Fram TG3506 Cut Open

Everyone "calls 'em like they see 'em" ... but not everyone is seein' stuff the same way. Maybe Fram has made some changes in their EG based on what I saw with my own eyes. I can say for certain it looked in better shape then some of the Purolators I've seen lately.

If an engine is in decent shape, using the EG for 3K to 5K (max) OCIs is what it's designed to do. If I had my choice between a Purolator and a Fram EG right now, I'd take the Fram.

I'll stick with P-Classics as long as I don't get a torn one. Never had one. If I get a tear, it'll be Wix. The Ultra is overpriced. Esp with my OC/FC interval.
