I tried it on my 07 Accord V6 3.0L. It went on fine, but because of the angle of the drain plug and lack of clearance with the exhaust right above it, it was really hard, nearly impossible, to get the hose coupling with the spring to "bite" on the drain valve threads. I kept cranking and cranking, but never could get it to catch.
In the end, I think it will actually be easier to use the original drain plug. It's not difficult to get to, easy on/off, and very little mess when I take it out. It's a shame, because the Sure-Drain concept is very nice...just a bad angle.
Oh well...at least I tired. Maybe I'll give the Fumoto a try. It looks a little more robust, but I don't know if I have the clearance the way the drain plug is recessed in the pan. Anybody used one on a Honda 3.0 V6?
