Can you link where Honda publishes the filtration data for their filters?
... Or any reliable other source reports actual test results to that effect? We keep seeing rumors in BITOG that OEM filters are low efficiency, but I haven't seen the evidence yet.

Yeah, an unbiased report for sure.... amsoil funded says amsoil filter is the best.... brings into question the rest of the "data"

It would look more professional if they didn't call the second best AC Delco filter a Chevrolet PF48, or the Motorcraft a Ford although that one isn't so bad as the Chevrolet. Or are there Chevrolet brand filters? Never have seen one on here lately.

They are comparing their Amsoil to OEM filters, so they used "Chevrolet" and "Ford" instead of AC Delco and Motorcraft. But yeah, they could have said something like "Chevrolet, AC Delco PF48" and "Ford, Motorcraft FL820S".

Most people recognize an automaker brand over a filter brand belonging to a certain automaker.

I said it jokingly, but maybe there is something there. They want to appeal to the people who don't know a Delco from a pumpkin pie and see "Chevrolet" or "Ford" and understand that is a car maker. Amsoil is better than Chevrolet or Ford they will think. Also it is odd people running tests on Delco filters that don't say Chevrolet on them don't call what they tested Delco. Going to get the tin foil hat and maybe it will tell me they didn't test anything, all made up. The test is old, anyway.

Amsoil, or any other major company isn't going to publicize false data all over the place these days without getting letters from the lawyers of those other brands threatening a lawsuit.

Get the 01 Honda made by fil tech. you tube it and see the comparison between the 01 and 02 Honda OEM's. That should help in your decision making process.
