Like the current AAP "Fram" Drive filter, a Champ Labs made "Fram" filter. Media and backing looks similar to current CL made RP. Have to see if other applications show up with ecore tube like RP. Definitely not return of OG media Ultra or rebadged Titanium.

What is the application number of topic filter? Interested in size of topic filter.

Thanks for c&p.

Oh yeah, it's a classic PH8. Pleat is one piece.
Noteworthy: The media seams were joined together with glue (pic). That's not good, now is it?

Interesting finding: It's has a main layer and then tissue paper-like material between it and the wire backing (last pic).

So it does appear to be multiple plies, you may be able to strip other layers off too with a bit of effort.
I couldn't find any additional layers, at least with that level of construction (tissue paper-like). Pic here shows maybe better the contrast between the materials.

A couple of more pics and observations. The base plate is a beast, heavy and thick. The gasket too is large and you'll never double-gasket the thing, which I had to pry off with a knife.

Looks like Royal Purple guts. Maybe Whip City Wrencher sees this and can do a cut and compare of the Royal Purple and a Fram Endurance side-by-side in the same model filter application/size.
