This is from my aunt's Impala. I used the hammer/screwdriver method. Unknown oil and mileage (guessing 3-4k). I'm not impressed at all, but enjoy!

Ecore are my favorite for daily driver or econocar, wich i knew what was the part number in ac delco world for my nissan.6607 sized is perfect strengh wise .any know the part number acdelco ecore that is a 6607 sized

It's an ecore used at Wally TLE, but I'd wager with the exception of the brown texture for the "techs" it's exactly the same as the old Wally Super Tech line and current Firestone quik lube jobber filters and STP filters sold at AZ. The last of which at least one member recently claimed don't meet oem spec. Typical low end Champ construction now under Fram.

Supposedly according to an expert the Fram core are not for retail sale but they have shown up here as purchased at Wally on closeout. Also a google search will show them readily available at ebay, some in bulk. So apparently reality is different than what is expected/desired. That said, no idea why other than being obtained very inexpensively or free one would chase the Core.

That said, this one looks to have held up ok for the oci whatever it was. Thanks for the pics.
