I think anyone who is OK with the size of the car will love it. It is really a fun car to drive and the MPGs are just flat out excellent. My mother routinely hits 43-45 MPGs and she is no hypermiler and always drives at least 5 MPH over the speed limit while having no concept of coasting or going light with the brakes. She drives a 2011 SEL with the DCT.

would rather get a prius c in this category personally, and i dont like small cars like this because of the obvious death results in pretty much any major accident.

The fiesta has better crash ratings than the Prius. The fiesta tests well in the crash ratings.

I drove a 2013 Fiesta, fit, yaris, sonic, and accent. The Fiesta was my least favorite by far.

Please do yourself a favor and test drive the others.

My sister bought a 2013 loaded accent hatchback auto for 15.5k. I feel that car offers alot more for the price.

Rockauto shows you can buy a timing belt for it.

Nothing wrong with a timing belt IMO.
