The post was about alternative and more socially and environmentally acceptable vehicle choices that the OP should consider.
Nothing off topic or lacking in value about that.
I think the same thing every time I see a large SUV hauling one person to work, with a receiver in the back that's obviously never been used.
The reality is that almost nobody actually needs one of these vehicles, and it is fortunate that most people have come to understand that gas will never again be cheap.
