Fluids for a 2004/2005 Acura TL

Hi,
Please provide recommendations for an appropriate Manual Transmission and Automatic Transmission Lube for a 2004/2005 Acura TL.

I have the following lubes in mind:

MT- SF's MTL-P, Redline MTL.
AT- Amsoil Universal ATF

Also, what is the viscosity of Honda MTF? I know that Redline MTL is 70W-80, and SF's MTL-P is 75W-85.

As I understand Honda/Acura uses a proprietery transmision fluids. They mention in owners manuels that you may use ATF dexron III in a pinch, but you should return to the Honda ATF fluid ASAP.
