I just changed the torque converter on my 2001 Audi S4, I did a pan drop and filter change 4k before the TC swap hoping that would fix my lockup problem but it didn't so I had to replace the converter, all the box said was to use a high quality synthetic fluid and the converter was pre filled with fluid, once I got the car running I had to add another 1.5L of fluid to completely fill it back up since I had the cooler lines disconnected and lost some there.
Should I drain and fill the trans again? All the problem with the torque converter was was that the internal seal failed not allowing it to lock up.
