I would just like to know what kind of qualifications they have to be ancient astronaut theorists. I think that means that pretty much anyone can be one because as far as I know, they haven't actually found one. Same as being a big foot expert.
As for being alone, probably not in the universe as there are an estimated 2 trillion galaxies in the observable universe. The flatness problem seems to indicate that the unobservable universe is 250-1000 times the size of the observable. As it's cubic volume, you multiple that 2 trillion by about 15 million instead of 250, and if it's 1000, it's one billion times bigger. And each galaxy has anywhere from 100-400 billion suns. But the main problem is probably relativity, there's no faster than light drive out there, all the potential loopholes out there still doesn't make it a survivable journey.

The way I see it, is many people don't believe in the proves, because they cannot prove the proofs.
In the end your fundamental building blocks have to start with something you and the other guys can both trust, like 1+1=2, then gradually build it up. If you have different education it will end somewhere. If you have different culture it will end somewhere. If you have different religion or community it will end somewhere.
Common sense assume you guys are common, and sense the same thing. If you live in a family that believes the world is not real and we are all just brains in a jar like the Matrix, or magic exist and therefore you can wrap around the earth despite being flat, then i am not sure what you can do to prove it otherwise.

So if its flat what is under it? We are in different times for sure. Most of the issues we see today come back to abuse of social media. Some don't know the simple basis of fact checking and run with whatever they hear. The old saying of garbage in, garbage out still applies.
What kind of science are the schools teaching? IMO if people actually learned anything about science in school, nobody would believe any of this nonsense.

This isn't even debated anymore when there are so many videos and even governments and military's releasing videos and official announcements. Even the USA has admitted to such "craft." I don't believe in aliens, but its naive to think people have not seen experimental craft flying in the sky.
Bunch a boomers living under a rock, aka their paid off million dollar homes doing nothing but watching CNN/FOX and posting on BITOG all day. If only people did their own research and stopped relying on TV and government indoctrination centers, but such is life. Nothing is new under the sun on this flat earth

Flat earth, geocentric belief was the official narrative for most of ancient history and only changing quite recently that there is a galaxy and the sun flies around space with the earth and planets not far behind. and much more recently Bible literalists picked up on the many verses describing the earth as being flat, not a sphere and non-moving. Even more recently mainstream conspiracy culture picked up on the many photo shopped and altered images/videos NASA has released. The moon landing footage that has pretty much been debunked as a set piece filmed by Kubrick (not that we didn't go to the moon, strictly talking the famous footage). and well all this information kind of piled together.. people started doing their own research and their own "testing" and begin to firmly believe one thing, the earth is No globe, at least not in the sense that we have been led to believe. and so many speculate "flat." Either way, if you do the research for yourself you will realize NASA is clearly hiding something and much of the so called "science" does not add up. Oh and how most airline flight patterns make no sense on the globe earth model but on a flat earth mode, the same model on the UN's flag, the flight patterns make perfect sense, because the planes are traveling in straight lines.
It's all very interesting the more and more you look into it. and honestly not quite sure what to make of it. One thing is obvious, the people/organizations who control the world want to remain in power indefinitely, and this is easily done by lies.

and it made me think.. Yeah, "think" something the people in charge never want us doing, We should only be consuming and believing everything we're told. Right?

Soon after, it was hushed up and NASA was formed and well, here we are!

I realize that you don't want to be ridiculed or scorned but if you believe in the flat earth, own it. Bring hard evidence to support your belief.

It doesn't take a tour. I'm not the smartest guy in the world but the first time I watched a sailboat disappear over the horizon from the waterline to the top of the mast I thought, "Hey this thing is spherical!".
