I am planning to replace the radiator hoses on my Camry and want to keep the OEM flat band hose clamps. Checking out Amazon and Ebay I see that Lisle, OTC, K-D, Genius, Wilmar (and others) make flat band hose clamp pliers. Who makes the best quality pliers (reasonably priced) for this job? If possible, I would like to buy a quality US made tool. Thanks!

Hit up your local SnapOn truck and try some of theirs out.

Mayhew 28650
A company in France owns the patent so they're probably going to be made in France. The Mayhew 28650 are fine but I like the ratcheting version a little better. This is certainly not the time to pay extra for Snap-On since they simply badge engineer this item.
I have the Craftsman one's and they work great. Quickly becoming one of my favorite tools. Made in France...better than China. Quality seems good.
