Five most uncommon foods you've eaten

I cleaned a bobcat once and planned to cook some up.
The smell of it changed my mind. It was a male, so a female MAY have been less offensive.
He ended up on my burn pile.

Capuzzelle (lambs head) 😳
Someone had me try it once, before telling me what it was
Then I saw it in the cooler at the salumeria 😭🤮

I refuse to eat the liver of anything, it's the filter of the body, why eat it 😮
Veal is a non starter for me
I wouldn't say Fried Calamari is uncommon, but I've met a lot of people who won't touch it
TBF, if you've only had it bad, you can't appreciate it
Guanciale (pork jowl) is surprisingly good 👍
Hippo
Crocodile Tail
Eland
Snapping Turtle
Chocolate covered ants

I don't know if "uncommon" is the right way to decribe it, since some of these foods are quite common in some parts of the world. This may be more in the "Bizarre Foods" vein of foods that might gross people out.

Dried Kirkland brand seaweeed Also not too bad.

Scrapple: It’s ok but I may have not prepared it the ideal way it should be

Seaweed: Delicious

Scrapple there are two methods of thought here.
1. Thin and crispy, almost potato chip level thin and crispy.
2. Good 1/2-3/4" thick with a hard skin on each side.

I prefer option 2
