.....Mobil 1...and Quaker State Ultimate Durability.

Its about time... that in a city (Bend, OR)... that has 3600' elevation (sitting next to the snow-covered Cascade mountains).... and fairly long and cold winters.....that 0wXX oils have not been carried until now. I purchased the OSUD for $20.57 (no tax in Oregon) and anticipate a $20 rebate.

The last 5 quart jug of Mobil 1 0w20 I purchased (last fall)....was in Southern California...of all places.

Was also glad to see my Walmart carrying Purolator Classics (but not PureOnes). Sad to see the Motorcraf filters gone.

They have kept the MC filters here in spite of adding the Puro Classics. Have not seen any 0w20 but I haven't looked for it specifically either.

Personal or shop use?

Might top up the Vortec 4200 with 0W-20 to even out its 10W-40.

My local WalMart just recently began carrying Pennzoil Platinum 0W20 for ~$24.50. No Quaker State Ultimate Durability and only Mobil 1 in the quarts for ~$6.50, no thanks.

It seem that each manager (auto) has the say on which oil they carry in their store.
