Nothing new. It's Walmart.

Every few months somebody posts a thread about a customer switching filters.

There is no point calling the managers. Little will be done about it. Just be smart as a BITOGer and check the filter boxes before you buy.

Well Im taking 5 gallons of used oil in today and if the gal I gave the box to is there I will ask her. I am pretty sure the boxes would have been fixed since they had the ultra box in their hands and then they go the pure box from him. However I agree they really didn't give a [censored]. They just wanted to shut me up or at least it seemed that way. I will always look, not only for correct filter but for any damage or bad construction. I may even take a look to see if any of the ultra seals are up or re-taped. Just curious now.
