I like the regular and cheapie Wix made filters a lot, never used an XP but this whole thing puzzles me it doesn't make any sense. I don't think it makes much sense to anyone which is why we argue over it, trying to make it make sense ha ha.

No, it doesn't make sense in the least. The price point is out to lunch, and so are the specifications. So, we'll be arguing about it for a while.
