FIAT Oil Reccomentations

A guy at work bought an Alfa Romeo the other day, and it specifies to use "synthetic" Selenia 10W-40, with a mention to use the "synthetic" 10W-60 for "spirited use".

He bought the 10W-40 for $90 for 5 litres.

We pulled out the specs, and it looks like a group III.

The 10W-60 doesn't 'though.

He's not buying Selenia next time.

Finally, I asked today my mechanic about the cost of the oil change and he told me 15€. So, I'll have to pay 46€ for the oil, 8€ for the filter and 15€ for the oil change, 69 in Total!!
