I find it amazing that this guy only served 10 days in prison for every person he murdered.

I've read more sinister things going on. Mainly, that his investigation and trial were marked with serious shortcomings and after he appealed it, the Scottish government preferred to release him on humanitarian grounds rather than go through the appeal process that might bring the irregularities to light.

So, if he, as he insists, is innocent, then who bombed the plane?

He didn't murder anybody, he was the scapegoat and everybody was desperate that the appeal didn't go ahead. So called 'witness' paid $2m for his testimony and much more. A lot of people hogh up breathing a sigh of relief now.

We have to remember one thing here: This was the Scottish governments decision to release this individual. The US has GOT to stop thinking it can 'dictate' how other countries handle their affairs.

Yes, a lot of people on the flight were American, but if the US Govt. felt THAT strongly about it, they should have tried the guy.

But thety didn't - they let another country capture, prosecute and jail the guy at THEIR expense, yet thought they could still dictate how this guy was handled the whole time. And if they didn't have a choice in that, well, sorry, you didn't get to make that choice.

The U.S. REALLY has to learn they don't run the world.....

Spoiled?? Can you describe what's 'spoiled' about wanting justice for the murder of our nations citizens? It IS 100% our opinion that has a right to be voiced. Stop apologizing for our country or making lame excuses for valid questioning in this case of murder. The U.S. and it's government has a solemn right to defend, protect, and seek justice for wrongs done to it's people.....the rest of the world can go fly a kite! This POS should be executed. We don't need to explain that to anybody.
