Got the complete series of bond movies a few weeks back from the bazaar here,
Finally got around to watching 'Skyfall', actually a really, really good movie not just a really good bond flick, but a good one period.
Anyway, I've seen most of them already, I like Craig as 007, he is his own character. Seems like every bond after Connery wasn't playing Bond, they were trying to play Connery playing Bond.

Anywho, skyfall is up there. But I still think Dr. No is my favorite.

Anyone else?

GoldenEye will always have a special place in my heart.

That being said, Skyfall was probably the best Bond film ever. It will be very hard to top that. It has all of the elements of a great Bond film without feeling over-the-top or campy. Javier Bardem was excellent, and I was disappointed he didn't get more award nominations. I agree that it's a great film overall, even if you don't compare it to other Bond films.

Skyfall.

I always found Roger Moore to be a comedian/comical/silly Bond (worst of all Bonds), Sean Connery less so, but also a bit.
Daniel Craig is the darkest, moodiest, and most emotional (to the point of vulnerability) Bond, and that's the kind of Bond I had in my head when I read the novels.

Love Connery as Bond, could not stand Moore as Bond, but my favorite by far is "Her Majesty's Secret Service" , a little known Bond flick

Goldfinger. (It can't be 50 years old!) Interesting plot, great looking Aston Martin, henchman had a neat hat. But how did they get that blonde pilot's name past the studio censors? Dame Shirley Bassey's vocals seal the deal.

From Russia With Love. Still the best of the bunch.

On Her Majesty's Secret Service(Film) Wikipedia
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/George_Lazenby

George Lazenby. the single movie Bond.(and Marge Simpson's Favorite) which makes me laugh every time i see the appointment card on my brother's fridge, his Optometrist is Dr.Lazenby

Goldfinger gets my vote. Connery, Aston martin, girl wearing nothing but gold body paint, deadly bowler hat, [censored] Galore(I know that will get censored, but it's the characters proper name),"you expect me to talk? No, Mr.Bond, I expect you to DIE.",

Any Bond movie with Sean Connery. I can't stand Pierce Brosnan as 007 at all. Roger Moore did the best he could. Timothy Dalton was very good. George Lazenby was good and little known. Daniel Craig was fine As 007 but I only liked his first two Bond movies. Skyfall left me cold and I got tired of watching him literally running through the whole movie.

Not my favorite, but the one that sticks in my mind is Live and Let Die; We went as a family to see that and our cat, Docc, never returned that night.

That event, the movie and the song are forever linked in my mind.

^ My dad can't get over the line in the theme song "in this world in which we live in". I keep reminding him that popular music is not english class with Mori Bundman.

he's questioning an Englishman's(Sir Paul McCartney) use of the English language!?!?outrageous!
innit brov?

What could top [censored] Galore in Goldfinger.

I agree David Craig is the first one past Sean Connery that I really like. At least no producer was dump enough to pick Tom Cruise for the part.
