Just received a gallon jug of EP ATF from Amazon. The gold part of the label on the front is all cracked looking. But it’s not flaking off, which is weird. I emailed Valvoline about it to see if it’s a know issue. Have you all seen this before?

Amazon is ripe with counterfeit parts AND fluids. One tell is bizarre-looking labels. Other tells are super cheap prices and third-party sellers.
I wouldn't use it. Return it, then go and buy it from a reputable source. I would rather pay a few bucks more for important items, such as this, from a local, reputable source.

I don’t know. I’ve bought lots of fluids on Amazon and never had an issue. I’ll see what Valvoline says.
