I think some NHRA Pro Stock qualifying oil is thinner than 2.8 cSt. I have shaken a bottle of it and it was like water.

I think the word would be motor I.e. electric. Engine would mean combustion. System meaning drive system overall. Not oil system.

Well, the regulations for 2026 is the electric motor to provide 50% of the total HP. Which technically means the ICE will get 50% less HP or 50% of the work will be done by the electric motor.
2.8 cSt is good enough for a hybrid, no?
