Engine varnish gone....

When i did a valve adjustment at 70k, my engine had some slight varnish(the walls were slightly brown), now after 22k miles of synthetic usage, my engine shows almost no varnish!
Also the valvecover was really clean, no sludge or varnish.

from new to 30k(1st owner..leased), i believe it was changed at Acura dealership
from 30-55k(2nd owner), pennzoil quick lubes
55-70k(ME)Castrol GTX
70-92k(ME) Castrol syntec--> Valvoline synpower-->pennzoil platinum-->Amsoil--> Valvoline Synpower(now)

Looks very clean, I'll try to post pics of mine tomorrow if you want some to compare it to. Mine is pretty clean but has very slight varnish. The first owner had the oil changed every 5k with bulk dino up until she sold it at ~120k

audi junkie- its always in the garage at night and has a decent alarm system. i worry too about theft considering how much i dumped into the car(suspension, misc stuff(pedals, shift knob audio) and performance)

synpower went-5k
platinum went-5k
amsoil went almost 6k
synpower now has about 500 miles
so 5-6k per synthetic run

Maybe an oiled gauze (K&N type) filter, but not the Dry-Flo like whats on his AEM intake. The dry type synthetic filters are >99% effective at 10+ microns.

Its based on the filter you use. If you have the chance, hold up the AEM DRYFLOW and K&N against a light and youll see a huge difference. at 3k miles, the oil on the dipstick is amber in color.
