I took a screen shot from a 2022 Ford F-150 owners manual and they listed the requirements for vehicles used in EVOC training. They must have has some failures. Also is a screen shot of normal maintenance. Of note is that the first coolant change is at 10 years and the first rear diff change, transmission fluid, transfer case and front axle are all at 240,000 km ( 150,000 miles). Don’t Shoot the messenger, I use 50,000 miles for the rear diff and transmission and 25,000 miles for transfer case and front axle on my Chevy 3/4 ton. Enjoy.

The weak spots are the steel wheels on both the Ford's and Chevy's. We had some on both models snap the welds due to EVOC participation. Lots of agencies are using pickups now and up till recently they were not certified as police interceptors. Back when they first started running trucks in the EVOC there were a couple of side flops.

FYI, chevy limits the speed on the trail boss model to 95 mph.
