Egg prices

This condition appears to be Happening more Frequently. Why ??
Bird flu is increasingly spreading due to mutation, genetic drift, recombination, and an increasing number of interspecies transmission.

Increased vigilance, testing, and the implementation of protocols that safeguard our food supply, such as quarantines and culling, may reduce supply. Better to have a reduced supply than no supply,
 
Meijer's house brand jumped to almost $4/dozen again so I picked up some organic, free-range eggs that were now reasonably-priced in comparison. The one on the right is the last of the house-brand eggs that I was working on, the one on the left is the organic, free-range egg. I almost felt bad mixing the two after noticing this.
