The Dart is leaps and bounds better than the Caliber. If the 2.4 isn't updated, that's not much to look forward to.

AWD version which Steve has rumored to be on the horizon.
Of course with the weight it already carries, combined with even a lightweight AWD system, it will nedd A LOT more power than even the old 2.4 turbo powertrain delivered in order to compete with the Nippon 'rally twins'. ;(
In the latest C&D test the ONLY place the Focus beat it was in straight line speed. The Dart was right on the Foci's butt at the twisties. While the Focus is an entertaining car it's still wrong wheel drive, just highly developed. A proper AWD system makes a nice daily driver for most folks, and especially with some "heat" added!
I know what the SRT boys can do.
Expect greatness. 300+ hp for sure.
