Dr Pepper Zero Sugar Blackberry

As a teen I was addicted to two sodas. Neither one very good for us at all. Especially with the full on load of sugar that they eventually switched out from good real sugar to that garbage high fructose corn sweetener that human body has a hard time processing. My two drugs were Mountain Dew and The Doctor! I avoid both these days as much as I can. :sneaky:
did you ever mix them? "Dr.Dew" was always one of my favs

Just picked up A&W ice cream Sunday soda $2.99 a 12pk, I never buy the sweetened stuff but this was cheap enough for an occasional treat.
Dr Pepper was marked down to $6.99 for the blackberry stuff but no diet.

Wish I could buy a single can to try but grocery stores only sell the expensive stuff and store brands that way.

Was hoping to find the rebranded sprite but can’t find it anywhere

otherwise, no...just, no.
Nutrasweet has a variety of what’s considered “mild but random side effects “ that heavily vary person to person
as it was originally developed as a drug (but it didn’t work for its intended purpose and was found to be sweet)

Splenda is made from chlorine and sugar. It lacks the extensive “random side effects “ like nutrasweet.

Saccharine oddly enough has the fewest side affects and lowest absorption.

Both are proven to “alter gut bacteria types and numbers” and increase cortisol levels.

There is extensive research on these topics but the results and consensus for a solid conclusion as to whether it matters hasn’t been reached.
