Does UCL, 2 stroke oil, MMO cause valve deposits etc?

I know GDI engines make a mess of the intake valves. I wondered if adding these oils to fuel would make it worse? And would these also work against detergents in fuel on MPI engines and their valves?

Thoughts?

DI engines are supposed to be prone to low speed engine knock. Especially if the oil or fuel contains a lot of calcium detergents. So I probably wouldn't.

MMO is kind of like a cleaner. It has everything in it. It's a snake oil! Does everything and nothing at the same time.
