Factorytuned is correct on the spelling on gasket. That is counterfeit. Even the spacing is off between words and Honda puts distinct periods at the end of each of those sentences. Look up this filter on OEM sights and you'll see it doesn't match. Will it work? Possibly.

Honda A02 OEM US (Fram) made oil filters are sealed and dealer sold in a cello wrap with the the Honda A02 label on the wrap. Linked is Honda Dealer College Hills OEM parts site pic as proof. Other Honda OEM parts sites show same.

I see another confirmation that the Fram US/(American) made Honda A02 is cello wrapped, similar to topic. Not that I needed it.

Hindsight, obviously for whatever reason or reasons OP thought the filters suspect. Still would like more info on purchase source. Also really like to see c&p to see how much further seller went to make it look authentic.

So there is a Honda of America Mfg, Inc logo on a real one. I thought they bought them from Fram.
