Does Costco only have synthetic oils now

Wife was doing some shopping so I sent her to the oil section. I'm the past I bought conventional oils like Chevron supreme at a good price. She read the labels to me.

All they had was Mobil 1 and Kirkland synthetic. Did they stop carrying the conventional oils?

Costco is known to have a more affluent customer base, so perhaps they think Costco customers only use synthetic at this point

I believe 15w40 is the only conventional oil that Costco currently carries.

Our local Costco's haven't carried the Chevron Supreme for years. Just Mobil 1, Kirkland synthetic and the Kirkland conventional 15w40.

Correct and if they could get away with 1-2 choices total, they'd do it.

I'm pretty sure that's what happened at my Costco.
I recall a 0 or 5-20 and a 0 or 5-30. I have to check.

Years back "Formula Shell" was the conventional with 2 flavors of Mobil 1.

I must eat an amount of crow. I just checked Costco.ca and discovered they sell Castrol GTX. No GTX in the local warehouses, but officially, Costco does sell non-synthetic oil.

The only Non-Synthetic oil I've seen at my local store has been diesel oil!
