now back to Maxlife. So does this make Maxlife "better" per say than plain conventional oil? Or any high milage more robust than plain conventional? I find all this quite interesting. I sell oil, but I since this (High Milage) is a very slow seller, its not on my radar. Now I'm wondering if I should try this myself.
 
Oh yes, temporary viscosity sheer. I forgot. That was what Fitch's book (Jim Fitch of Noria, "How to select a motor oil or filter for your car or truck") discussed which moved me to high mileage, non starburst/energy conserving oils. Maxlife 30 weights have higher HT/HS than Durablend and AllClimate, likely because those two would have the temp sheer.
