Not sure what you are asking for - there is no "male to male connector" needed for a PCMCIA card.

You just plug the card into the appropriate slot on your laptop and fire it up...

How about your local Radio Shack? Take the card and antenna along, they may have just what you need to connect the card to the antenna.

If you can find a "ham fest" flea market near you they'll hook you up. Even vendor tables that don't sell that stuff are freindly and will know where you should go, as they mostly case the whole joint themselves before the gates open to the public.
