Not sure what you are asking for - there is no "male to male connector" needed for a PCMCIA card.

You just plug the card into the appropriate slot on your laptop and fire it up...
 
If you can find a "ham fest" flea market near you they'll hook you up. Even vendor tables that don't sell that stuff are freindly and will know where you should go, as they mostly case the whole joint themselves before the gates open to the public.
