Desert, Rain....Leaky roofs. Hobby lobby is a lake.

Since we don't get much rain things like leaky roofs get put of or completely forgotten.

Had a pretty good rain today and my wife wanted to go to Hobby Lobby. I bet 1/3 of the store was taped off due to all the leaks.

Here is just one of the many in that store.

Hot, dry climate, with the sun beating down on the roof year-round.
The rainwater finds every crack created by the extreme heat and dry conditions. I remember going shopping in a "Big K" in Mesa, Arizona, just after a heavy rainfall, and it was leaking everywhere!

With very little rain during the year, leaky areas develop without anyone even knowing till that big rain comes.
